100% Health Guarantee for Campbelle's Shepherd Puppies
At Campbelle’s Shepherds, we are committed to providing you with a healthy and well-cared-for puppy. We stand behind the quality of our breeding program and offer the following health guarantee to ensure your peace of mind:
Health Certification
All of our puppies undergo a comprehensive health examination by a licensed veterinarian before going to their new homes. Each puppy comes with:
A health certificate verifying their condition at the time of sale.
Up-to-date vaccinations and deworming records.
Genetic Health Guarantee
We carefully screen our breeding pairs for common genetic conditions associated with German Shepherds and Australian Shepherds. We provide a 24-month guarantee against serious genetic disorders that would significantly impact your puppy’s quality of life. Covered conditions include, but are not limited to:
Hip and elbow dysplasia
Degenerative Myelopathy (DM)
Certain hereditary eye conditions
Should a covered genetic condition be diagnosed within the guarantee period, we offer the following options:
Replacement of the puppy with one of comparable value from an upcoming litter.
A refund of 50% of the purchase price, allowing you to continue caring for your puppy.
Initial Health Guarantee
We offer a 72-hour initial health guarantee, during which you are encouraged to have your puppy examined by your own veterinarian. If your veterinarian identifies a serious health concern, you may return the puppy for a full refund or exchange.
Owner Responsibilities
To maintain the validity of this health guarantee, we require the following:
The puppy must be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of arrival.
Routine veterinary care, including vaccinations, deworming, and preventative measures, must be provided.
The puppy must be fed a high-quality diet appropriate for its age and breed.
Exercise must be monitored, particularly during the growth phase, to prevent joint strain or injury.
Exclusions
This health guarantee does not cover:
Conditions caused by injury, neglect, or improper care.
Minor, non-life-threatening conditions such as cosmetic flaws or treatable illnesses (e.g., parasites, infections).
Illnesses that arise after the guarantee period has expired.
How to File a Claim
If you believe your puppy has a covered health issue, please notify us immediately and provide:
A written diagnosis from a licensed veterinarian.
Any relevant test results or imaging.
We reserve the right to seek a second opinion from a veterinarian of our choosing.
